Obama talks, McCain balks

We meet here at a time of great
uncertainty for America. The era of greed   and irresponsibility  
on Wall Street and in
Washington has led us
to a financial crisis as
serious as any we have faced since
               the Great Depression
I am asking you to believe not just
  in my ability to bring about real change
    in Washington...I'm asking you to believe in yours
      [by] demanding more reform and accountability
       Our country cannot afford four
     more years of neglect and indifference             
America, we are better than these last eight years.
   We are a better country than this.
